Full immersion Spanish Courses are offered at the Malaca Instituto/Club Hispanico campus,
consisting of 20 well equipped classrooms, audiovisual center and reference library,
language laboratory, movie theater, cafeteria, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, sunning

Spanish Language Courses 2010:(All programs: Please add USD 100.00 Lingua Service Worldwide Application fee. See Application Procedures.) All course prices include number of Spanish lessons per week as indicated, course books, use of multi-media center, welcome party, tour of Malaga, Sevillana classes, use of swimming pool and certificate of attendance.
Starting dates 2010: Intermediate to advanced students may start any Monday. Complete beginners must start on the following dates
Holidays 2010: The school will be closed on Bank Holidays as follows: 1 January, 6 January, 28 February, 10 April, 1 May, 15 August, 12 October, 1 November, 6 and 8. School will be closed from 19 December 2010 until 2 January 2011. Classes lost due to Holidays are NOT made up. If a starting date falls on a Bank Holiday, students take their placement test and orientation tour of Malaga on that date but will start lessons on the following day.
Executive Courses 2010:
One-to-One Spanish lessons: USD 62 per lesson plus a USD 102 administrative fee. Minimum enrollment: 10 lessons per week / one week (2 week minimum during July and August!). Start any Monday.
Spanish For International Trade and Commerce: 30 lessons per week. 2 weeks: USD 920; 4 weeks: USD 1,612. Pre-requisite: Advanced Intermediate Spanish (level 3). Starting dates 2010: 2 or 4 week courses: 8 Feb., 17 May, 13 Sept. (2 week courses can also start on 22 Feb., 31 May and 27 Sept.).

Special Spanish Language Programs 2010:
"La Tercera Edad" (for the young at heart 50+). 2 or 4 week Spanish language program with a maximum of 10 participants per class, 15 Spanish language lessons per week plus activities. This course offers a practical experience of Spanish: from how to ask for directions, order meals at a restaurant or shop at a department store to how to shop for staples at the local market. All this while experiencing and enjoying Malaga's rich culture. Golf and tennis are available nearby for an additional fee. Prices 2010: 2 weeks: USD 950; 4 weeks: USD 1,750. Course price includes:
"Tercera Edad" Starting dates 2010:
Spanish and Spanish Cuisine: NEW! 1 or 2 week Spanish course consisting of 20 Spanish lessons per week (4 lessons per day) plus 2 two-hour cooking lessons per week. Each cooking lesson includes a brief introduction of the menu followed by a hands-on preparation of a complete meal. At the end of each lesson students enjoy the dinner they have prepared along with complimentary wine. Students also participate in a visit to a place of gastronomic interest in Malaga and receive a recipe book, an apron and a sumptuous farewell lunch at the famous La Consula Cooking School as part of the course. Prices 2010: 1 week: USD 650; 2 weeks: USD 1,095. Spanish and Dance: NEW! 1 or 2 week Spanish course consisting of 20 Spanish lessons (4 lessons per day) plus 10 dance lessons each week. You may choose either Sevillanas or Salsa lessons (see starting dates below). Prices 2010: 1 week: USD 550; 2 weeks: USD 930. Starting dates for Sevillana lessons in 2010: 25 January, 22 February, 3 May, 13 September, 25 October. Starting dates for Salsa lessons in 2010: 11 January, 8 February, 22 March, 19 April, 17 May, 31 May, 30 August, 11 October.
(For the younger crowd, 16-20 years of age)
15 Spanish lessons a week. 8-10 students per class. This program is designed for mature teens/young adults that want a flexible, unsupervised program that combines Spanish lessons with an activity program. Afternoon classes leave plenty of time to enjoy the beach and the sports program arranged by the school and included in the price. A 1 full day excursion every two weeks is also included in the price: 2 weeks: USD 770; 4 weeks: USD 1,390; 6 wks: USD 1,995. Accommodations are not included, see below for options. Starting dates 2010: 2 or 4 weeks courses may start on: 14 June, 28 June, 12 July, 26 July. -- Additional starting dates: 9 August (2 weeks only).

Club Hispanico: an On-site Residence with 110 rooms (all with private bathrooms), 24 hour reception service, laundry facilities, bar, restaurant, and swimming pool. Double and Executive rooms also have phones in the room. Executive rooms also have a TV, coffee maker and a mini-fridge. Meals are not included but students may purchase a meal plan at the on-site restaurant. **See below for details.
Club Hispanico: Single Standard Room: 13 June - 18 September: 2 weeks: USD 715; 4 weeks: USD 1,440; Extra weeks: USD 365 per week. Club Hispanico: Single Executive Room (TV, fridge, coffee maker, private balcony): 13 June - 18 September: 2 weeks: USD 1,260; 4 weeks: USD 2,500; Extra weeks: USD 640 per week. Rest of the year: 2 weeks: USD 1,120; 4 weeks: USD 2,240; Extra weeks: USD 560 per week. Cafeteria/Restaurant available on premises (**meal plan available, see below!) NEW!! - Club Hispanico: Single Executive Studio - These are brand new, top-of-the-range rooms within the Club Hispanico. They are spacious, modern, very tastefully decorated and offer a standard of accommodation rarely, if ever, encountered in a language school residence. They offer the following facilities: 2 single or 1 "king-size" bed, full size bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette for preparing breakfast and small meals (micro-wave, fridge, electric rings), air conditioning, WiFi, direct dial phones and a flat-screen TV. 13 June - 18 September: 2 weeks: USD 1,600; 4 weeks: USD 3,280; Extra weeks: USD 800 per week. Apartment Shares Type "A": Single room within an apartment shared with other students. No meals included (**meal plan available at Club Hispanico, see above!). Can be reserved in 2 week increments only!. Apartments are located within 10 minutes walking distance to the school. They are air conditioned, with access to swimming pool during Summer and safe deposit box in each bedroom. All prices include utilities. 13 June - 18 September: each 2 week block: USD 670. Rest of the year: each 2 week block: USD 516.
Apartment Shares Type "B": Single room within an apartment shared with other students. No meals included (**meal plan available at Club Hispanico, see above!). Can be reserved in 2 week increments only!. Apartments are located within 30 minutes commuting time to the school. They are NOT air conditioned. All prices include utilities. 13 June - 18 September: each 2 week block: USD 500. Rest of the year: each 2 week block: USD 350.

Malaca Instituto Restaurant Airport transfers: Airport transfers from Malaga airport are available at an additional cost of USD 130 round-trip. Activities Malaca Instituto offers a full activity program during the week and optional excursions on weekends. Activities include free Sevillana lessons, welcome and good bye parties once a month, a guided city tour at the beginning of each session, as well as optional horseback riding, boat tours and "paella" night. Weekend day long excursions include trips to places such as Ronda, Nerja , Frigiliana and El Chorro. Once a month a 3 day excursion to Morocco is organized. Excursions and some activities are offered at additional cost and are optional. Upon arrival at the school students receive the following week's activity and excursion program listing the several options and pricing. Students may sign up for all excursions and activities at the activities coordinator's desk. Additional information on local attractions, car rentals and tours is also available through the coordinator.
