Estudio Sampere – Spanish Language Courses in Madrid
Estudio Sampere has three schools offering full immersion Spanish Courses in Spain at the following locations: Madrid, Salamanca and Alicante. Their full immersion Spanish courses are conducted in the same fashion at each place, following the same curriculum and using the same materials making it possible to combine Spanish language courses at any of their locations (perfect for those looking for variety of locations without detriment to their Spanish language learning!).
Estudio Sampere is a well-known Spanish language center established in 1956. All Estudio Sampere Spanish schools offer individual attention in small classes, quality teaching in a friendly environment, qualified Spanish teachers, up-to-date materials, an international atmosphere, flexible starting dates, social and cultural activities and a choice of excellent value accommodations. Estudio Sampere is committed to quality – a key factor in their long-lasting success. Their books and teaching material have all been developed in-house, taking into consideration the latest teaching methods as well as the experience of more than 40 years of teaching Spanish as a foreign language. All five Spanish schools meet the quality criteria that international organizations expect and demand.
The school has been offering Spanish Language Courses in Madrid since its founding in 1956. It has a permanent team of qualified Spanish teachers and it is located in one of the most elegant, traditional districts of Madrid: El barrio de Salamanca. Estudio Sampere Madrid has 15 air-conditioned classrooms, a common area, video-room, a library and it has been recently refurbished. Several bus lines and 2 subway stations nearby make it easily accessible from any area of Madrid. Retiro Park (a must for a visit!), the Prado museum and several other important monuments are within walking distance. This center hosts over 1000 foreign students and four hundred Spanish students a year. It is also a founding member of IALC (International Association of Language Centers), a member of various chambers of commerce, and it is an Instituto Cervantes Accredited Center.

Spanish Language Courses in Madrid
Minimum age: 18. Maximum of 9 students per group (average of 6 students per class). Each lesson is 45 minutes long.
All prices include: number of Spanish lessons as specified, all teaching materials (course books on loan for the duration of the course), internet access, 1 month premium access to an online learning platform, many social events and certificate of completion. Spanish Courses – Options:
Intensive 20 Spanish Course – Group 9 — Maximum of 9 students per class. 20 Spanish lessons per week. The Intensive course is available for a variety of levels from complete beginner up to advanced. The Intensive 20 Spanish Courses take place from Monday to Friday and consists of 20 group lessons of 45 minutes each per week. This course aims to develop the four main Spanish language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as improve grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Classes focus on communication, which will enable the student to enrich vocabulary, improve fluency and become more confident when using the language.
Intensive 25 Spanish Course – Group 9 — Maximum of 9 students per class. 20 Spanish lessons per week, + 5 conversation and/or cultural lessons weekly. The Intensive 25 course is available from complete beginner to advanced level. The Intensive 25 Spanish Course consists of 20 group lessons of 45 minutes each per week PLUS an additional 5 conversation and/or cultural lessons. This course aims to develop the four main Spanish language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as improve grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Classes focus on communication, which will enable the student to enrich vocabulary, improve fluency and become more confident when using the language.
Intensive 30 Spanish Course – Group 9 — Maximum of 9 students per class. 20 Spanish lessons per week, + 10 conversation and/or cultural lessons weekly. The Intensive 30 course is available from complete beginner to advanced level. The Intensive 30 Spanish Course consists of 20 group lessons of 45 minutes each per week PLUS an additional 5 conversation and 5 cultural lessons. This course aims to develop the four main Spanish language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as improve grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Classes focus on communication, which will enable the student to enrich vocabulary, improve fluency and become more confident when using the language.
Intensive PLUS 5 Spanish Course – Group 9 plus Private lessons — Maximum of 9 students per class in group portion of program. 20 group Spanish lessons per week, + 4 hours of cultural Spanish lessons PLUS 5 One-to One Spanish lessons weekly.
Intensive PLUS 10 Spanish Course – Group 9 plus Private lessons — Maximum of 9 students per class in group portion of program. 20 group Spanish lessons per week, + 4 hours of cultural Spanish lessons PLUS 10 One-to One Spanish lessons weekly.

2024 Starting Dates for group Spanish Courses: Every Monday for all levels. Classes will start on Tuesday when a holiday falls on Monday!
Holidays 2024: 6 January, 29 March, 1 May, 15 August, 1 November, 6 December, 25 December. School will be closed for group courses from 20 December 2024 until 7 January 2025 (except for One-to-One courses!). Classes lost due to Holidays are NOT made up. One-to-One courses WILL be offered during Christmas time.
NEW Program for Seniors (50+): Spanish Language Courses in Madrid for the 50 Plus Students.
Spanish Language and Culture program For Seniors:
– This special course is designed for senior students, aged 50 and up, who not only want to improve their Spanish level, but also want to spend a pleasant and cultural vacation in Spain. Program includes 20 Spanish lessons during the morning (Mon-Fri), with an extensive program of visits, activities and excursions during the afternoon and weekend. Students will have lessons from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. Students will be placed, according to the placement test, in special groups for this particular program. There are 3 levels available for 50 Plus students: Elementary, Lower Intermediate, and Intermediate. Students with other levels (beginners, upper intermediate and advanced) will join the Intensive Course for the class portion of the program. Activities: Estudio Sampere will organize 4 activities per week specially designed for the participants of the 50 Plus Program. One excursion will take place on each Saturday to a town nearby like Segovia, Zamora, or Toledo. Participants in the 50 Plus Program will share the bus with the other students of the school. Accommodation: Students will be accommodated in single rooms (full board basis) in Spanish host families. These families have been carefully selected and each one has been visited. Upon request, other accommodation options (Studios, Hotels, Hostels) are also available.

Estudio Sampere Madrid – Accommodations
Accommodations are available in selected host families, shared apartments with other students, apartment-hotel and hotels. Host family prices include laundry once per week. Half board includes breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday and all meals on weekends. Full board includes three meals per day all week.

Host Families: Host Family stay is the most popular choice in all Sampere destinations. You live with a host family, sharing meals and facilities and practicing your Spanish in a traditional and friendly environment.
Shared Apartments: Renting a student room in a shared apartment gives you a more independent lifestyle. You share an apartment with two to four other people, usually other Sampere students, with whom you also share certain expenses and the household tasks.
Apartments: Apartments are available for individuals or two people booking together. Typical studios have one or two beds, a fully equipped bathroom with towels, kitchenette with refrigerator and other services for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Hotels and Hostels: Estudio Sampere can recommend hotels and hostels for different budgets in all five destinations. The hotels are located close to the schools. We have worked with our hotels for many years and have special rates in most of them.

Activities
In addition to their full immersion Spanish Courses in Madrid, Estudio Sampere offers social and cultural activities on a weekly basis. Nearly every Saturday of the year, there are full day excursions to historical towns and sights in towns near Madrid —Toledo, Segovia and El Escorial. There are also escorted tours to the world famous El Prado, Modern Art Museums and others.
Airport Transfers: Airport transfers from Madrid airport are available upon request at an additional fee of: USD 88 one-way / USD 147 round-trip.
